“I ran into the manager at my Citi Financial branch the other day and he had some comments about “what I am doing” i.e. going to the Trustee. He made some pretty awful comments about “people like Parley” who “take people’s money and do nothing for them”- and I “could have gone to the Trustee myself and saved myself some money”. I told him I wouldn’t have been able to do it without you – and that you were a great help to me as I wouldn’t have known where to start or where to go and furthermore do not have the time to do all this myself. He mentioned Money Mentors – the people they told me to go to originally – but they don’t have a debt proposal program and I would have ended up paying almost the whole amount through them.
Just know that I really appreciate you, Sheila and Kere for all the help you have been to me. It is worth it. You are worth it – you offer great financial services to people who don’t know where to turn. I got the copies of my papers yesterday. Thank you.”
